My Approach & What You Can Expect

I believe there is no “one-size-fits-all” solution in therapy. You are unique, and so are your challenges. My role is to help you find solutions tailored to your life, needs, and goals. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) has proven to be highly effective, so I use CBT techniques when they suit my clients’ needs, ensuring a personalized experience.

I offer counseling sessions in English and German in person, or online for convenient access from anywhere. Starting therapy is a big step and finding the right therapist is very important which is why I offer a free first session to ensure that we´re a good fit.
