Sheila J. Kearns, M.Sc
I was born and raised in Vienna but have Irish roots, so I grew up bilingual with English and German. After I finished my Bachelor in Vienna I decided to move to Barcelona for my Master’s degree and, just like many others, the charm of the city made me stay.
When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me soaking up the sun at the beach, practicing yoga, or spending time with my friends or my dog, Macarena. I believe in living a balanced life, and these activities help me recharge so I can be fully present for my clients. I’ll often encourage you to find your own moments of peace and joy, too—because those small, daily moments can make a big difference.
I’m here to support you, whether you’re dealing with something specific or just need a safe space to talk. Let’s take this journey together.
