What Is My Approach?

I firmly believe that there’s no one-size-fits-all solution in therapy. You are unique, and so are your challenges. My role is to help you find solutions that fit your life, your needs, and your goals. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is widely recognized as one of the most effective therapeutic approaches available. For that reason, I incorporate CBT techniques into my practice when they align with the specific needs of my clients, ensuring a tailored and impactful experience.  My goal is to build a relationship based on trust and honesty.

What Can I Offer You?

Currently, I offer online sessions, making it easy for you to connect from wherever you are. I also understand that starting therapy can be a big step, so I offer the first session for free to make sure we’re a good fit. My goal is for you to leave our sessions feeling empowered, engaged, and ready to take actionable steps toward the life you envision.
